Every time I have come to Classic Honda, I have had nothing but the best service especially from my adviser, Maribel.
I once had an issue with my tire and its mounting and the dealership recognized their mistake and replaced the tire with a brand new one free of charge! I am always getting coupons and reminders and just love the peace of mind I receive by taking my car here.
I have had 3 Hondas and have been servicing them all at this dealership. Even though its a 30 minute drive from my home, it is well worth the drive and I would gladly recommend this dealership to any friends and family.
I have my Honda Accord serviced by Classic Honda on Colonial Drive in Orlando. I have a Honda dealer that is much closer to my home, but because of the service I receive at Classic Honda I refuse to go anywhere else. When I bring my car in I always see Dave M. He is a fantastic Service Manager, is extremely helpful and really knows what it means to put customers first. I would definitely recommend Classic Honda to anyone I know.

When I decided to purchase my first car, I knew it had to be a Honda. The brand is famous for reliability, safety, and affordability. However, I'm not your "go-to" person to determine what a car needs, in terms of service. That's what Dave is there for at Classic Honda. I know exactly when to bring my 2007 Civic Coupe in, and when I do, Dave takes care of everything, including a complimentary car wash at the end! His service has been nothing short of perfect. I have been extremely fortunate to have met Dave because he has been my "go-to" person I always turn to whenever I have service-related questions about my car. He always makes sure my car has been kept on schedule for service and double-checks to make sure nothing has been overlooked. If you don't go to Classic Honda for service, go there! If you do go to Classic Honda, make sure you go to Dave! I have nothing but awesome things to say about him!
We bought our van at Classic 6 years ago and were very pleased with the entire experience. However, what keeps us coming back is the outstanding service we get from our service adviser Maribel F. She is honest and always goes out of her way to make sure that all our maintenance needs are met and expectations exceeded. It is because of her that our next car purchase will be another Honda from Classic Honda.

The service, attitude and ethics this business has are second to none. For a car dealership I am treated with the utmost respect and courtesy when I have questions or concerns. It helps that I "know the drill" when visiting to get my car serviced and I also know that I won't be sold some bogus items or service. I am totally blown away by your dealership. I don't believe that there is any dealership that can come close to your integrity and honesty. Jacob was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. Fahad Qureshi is also top notch. We bought a Civic but on the long drive home I started to have back pain with the seat. I tried it the next day and the same thing. My wife loves the car but I couldn't ride in it without back pain. We brought it back and I was just blown away with the treatment I received. I have never been treated better. I feel really bad that the car didn't work out, but I will try to make up for it by telling everyone how wonderful Classic is.
My wife and I have always had terrible experiences when it comes to car shopping. We have purchased a number of cars in the past 15 years we have been together. We have never purchased a car form Classic Honda. Somehow my pregnant wife (due in about a week and a half) talked me into taking a ride to Orlando (an hour and a half from our home) to view/purchase a car that she really liked. She had done her research and found that Classic Honda had the best price on this car within a 250 mile radius of our home. When we arrived at Classic Honda, the tension of being at a car dealership set in. I am usually short and blunt to anyone who approaches us. The car was waiting for us when we arrives, as was Cole. I thought OK here we go again, another car dealer trying to make a buck. I have to admit, and I do not do this often, that Cole was an excellent salesman. He was extremely accommodating and genuine on what the process was. He took his time and made sure that all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the whole deal before we even stepped into Finance. The Finance department, I think that is typically where things go from bad to worse, but not today. Cole took his time and ironed out every detail he could think of before we ever stepped foot into Fahad's office. Fahad showed us exactly how the finance worked, again answered all our questions and imagine my surprise when there no hidden information when I left Cole to speak to Fahad. So to make this as short as possible, Cole and Fahad made this the absolute best experience that my wife and I have EVER had at a car dealership. These two gentleman were awesome, and because of them, I would definitely drive the distance to return to Classic Honda to purchase another car. I would also recommend anyone to purchase a car from Classic Honda, especially if Cole and Fahad are part of the deal. Thank you for your time and a great experience.
